Most people tend to get the idea in there head of how nice it would be to work from home, look around for an hour or two and then go back to there boring day jobs. Does that sound like you then I have one simple question - Why?

Forget about paid surveys for a minute they are just a good way to make a bit of extra pocket money not a great way to work from home on a full time basis. However the same can't be said for affiliate marketing.

Duvet Dollars has been available a while now but I have only just realized that I never wrote an actual Duvet Dollars review. Those that have heard me mention it before though probably won't need to read on.

Duvet Dollars is supposedly written by a woman named "Victoria" who has said goodbye to her job and now lives comfortably working from home. My opinion though is that "Victoria is the figment of an internet marketers vivid imagination but since I have no proof I guess we'll stick with "Victoria".

Firstly if you have any prior knowledge of internet marketing - and I mean any at all even the slightest - then Duvet Dollars will be of no use whatsoever to you. Duvet Dollars is aimed purely at beginners.

The information here is pretty standard stuff and if you've ever read any other affiliate marketing ebook you will have read what is contained within Duvet Dollars. There are no unique methods to this guide and although the guide is well written there are certainly better available.

Duvet Dollars basically tells you how to find a small niche and create a site based on it. Then the guide focuses on using an adwords campaign to attract visitors to your site. The information is pretty solid but it is just so basic. At no point does Duvet Dollars try to be unique or different in anyway.

Although you probably could make money through Duvet Dollars advice the fact is that there are guides out there that contain much greater information and in far greater detail. Why am I so quick to tell people that type at home opportunities are a complete scam? Because they are and if you don't believe me you won't only lose a sign up fee but let me explain why.

The Affiliate Rockstar has been getting a lot of attention as of late and seems to be getting rave reviews so I thought I'd check it out for myself. Here then is my Affiliate Rockstar review.

First things first if you are a complete newcomer to affiliate marketing DON'T bother with Affiliate Rockstar. The guide is written straight to the point and with little guidance to help any newcomers know what the guide is really talking about. I'd suggest something like Blogging to the Bank for the newcomers out there.

Secondly if your an internet marketer who is already making a relatively good amount of income I'd also stay away from Affiliate Rockstar as there is unlikely to be anything here that you will learn from.

Basically then Affiliate Rockstar is really only aimed at those intermediate marketers - the ones who make a few sales and now want to find something that can push them on to the next level - but does Affiliate Rockstar do that.

Everything here seems to be sound in terms of whether what the author writes is actually achievable but as I touched on earlier there lacks a level of detail on each topic Affiliate Rockstar touches on.

Affiliate Rockstar simply brings together the topics touched upon in Affiliate Project X, Day Job Killer and Adwords 180 but gives less information on each of these topics. Affiliate Rockstar will be of no use whatsoever if you have two or more from these other 3 guides as you will have more than half the topics from Affiliate Rockstar covered ( and as I've said - in more detail).

But what if you have none or one of the above?

Well I guess it's your choice, personally I'd rather by the three other books with the full information inside than buy the watered down versions contained in Affiliate Rockstar. If you can't afford all three but would prefer to buy them over time separately rather then get Affiliate Rockstar I'd suggest you start with Day Job Killer, then Adwords 180 and finally Affiliate Project X. Saying this I'd just purchase one of the three and I'd go for Day Job Killer.

Affiliate Rockstar Review Conclussion

Although there is nothing really wrong with the content in Affiliate Rockstar it is hard to give a strong recommendation because the information is available in far more detail elsewhere. In saying that I also couldn't really say you mustn't but it because like I said the information does work - it's just whether you can understand it.

Someone the other day asked me "Where can I find more surveys online for money" and for once I didn't really know what to answer with. Not because I didn't know the answer to his question where can I find more surveys online for money, but because I wasn't sure I could deal with yet another person telling me it must be a scam.

This person had come across one survey company by chance and came to the obvious conclusion, this is an easy way to make myself a bit of money, I want more. A mutual friend told him I'd been making a fair amount of money from paid surveys online so he got in touch and I told him my recommendation. All of a sudden I was been called an idiot and told I had fallen for a scam.

The reason for the sudden change in tone - because I told him there was a fee.

Now I'm the first to admit when I first started looking at the opportunity of doing paid surveys online I was a little skeptical when I heard there was a fee but I took the chance and have never regretted it.

The "free" companies are making money, probably more than the membership sites, as they are selling on peoples personal information to third parties to do as they please. For me a free company just isn't worth the risk.

The second reason is mainly due to the misunderstanding that you should never pay to work for someone, this is true but you are not working for the paid surveys online provider. You are paying for a service which includes support, tips, advice, tools and of course the database of companies. It is the companies that pay you not the membership site, and all the companies are free to sign up with.

I've made nearly $30,000 from paid surveys online in 2 and a half years for the total sum of a one off $35 membership fee so I have no complaints and know it isn't a scam. But the next time someone ask "where can I find more surveys online for money" I may just tell them I haven't got a clue.

It really is the easiest way I know of making an extra income as it's quick and simple, plus if you don't wish to complete the surveys you don't have to as there is no commitment involved on your behalf.

Many complain about the small sign up fee involved with survey sites but if you know it is a legitimate online paid survey program you will earn the fee back in surveys and if it's a legitimate online paid survey program it will only be a one off fee, you should never be asked for more than one payment if you are then walk away.

The problem is people expect everything for nothing today but the companies running the paid survey sites have to make money somehow as they have staff to pay and a good site will be on hand to offer support, so I don't think the price of a takeaway for the family is too much to ask for in truth.

From just reading this guide I felt it was a bit of a rip off but the earnings argue otherwise. Whether the earnings are down to the guide, or because deep down inside I knew what he meant in certain chapters that those completely new to affiliate marketing may struggle to grasp, are what made the difference I don't know. It's contents are similar to Forex enterprises, though not as detailed, but I just felt this guide was a little sloppier written and relies more on its bonuses that are included than the guide itself.

Sick of 7 Figure Code Hype?

You will by now have probably received several emails telling you about the greatest product of all time that will enable you to earn a seven figure sum within a year. The product will have been the Seven Figure Code click on the link and take a look if you want then come back.

Had a look? Sounds amazing doesn't it and I have no real reason to doubt The Seven Figure Code, its author is one of the most established names in internet marketing and his previous products have been of a very high quality. My problem is with the number of people promoting the product despite never having tried it.

I believe that if I purchased the Seven Figure Code and reviewed it I would be reporting back to you telling you what a fantastic product it is, but would I recommend it. At over $500 it isn't cheap and usually the people wanting to start a venture such as affiliate or internet marketing are doing so because they want to make more money than they currently do so I don't think they would want to spend over $500 to get started. Products such as the Super Affiliate Handbook can teach you more than enough to get started with your work from home business for a fraction of the cost.

Yet most of the people recommending the Seven Figure Code don't care about whether you really need to spend that amount of money to get yourself set up all they see are the dollar signs because the author of the Seven Figure Code is offering a huge commission to those who promote his product.

I've got no problem with people making money off of a product they promote afterall that's what affiliate marketing is all about, but I would never promote a product I hadn't tried and tested. One reason is because I have a conscience but the other is that it I blindly recommend a product and it turns out to be complete crap then my reputation is damaged in the process and my words in future will mean nothing. This product was been massively promoted before it was even released so that should tell you a lot about the people promoting it.

I have little doubt that if you have $500 knocking around spare then the Seven Figure Code will be a great purchase but if, as I suspect, your not quite ready to spend that amount of cash just yet and you'd rather test the water with a product that's designed for beginners and is a reasonable price then there are products like the Super Affiliate Handbook available. Just remember don't always believe the hype.

Sadly the good reviews don't continue as I found Survey Income System to be a very poor paid survey site. I had been warned by a friend of mine not to expect much from Survey Income System but I decided to purchase and become a member for research rather than my own gain and hopefully by doing so I will save a few peoples hard earned cash.

The client list isn't as big as the likes of Survey Scout or Survey Absolute but that can sometimes be misleading but not on this occasion. The clients that are listed are certainly not the best providers of surveys and some of the links I had trouble connecting to. It took me over a fortnight to recoup my sign up fee and there was no sign of improvement so I asked for a refund.

Survey Income System isn't a scam as they do provide you with surveys but there just simply aren't enough of them to earn you a decent extra income.

I've met several people who like myself are involved in some sort of work from home business and each one of them has said the same thing, no matter how much money I'm making if I didn't enjoy it I wouldn't do it. Dropshipping has become immensely popular and with good reason but that does mean there is a lot of competition. However most people rush in and thus make mistakes, you can avoid this with a little help.

1. Beware of scams, a middleman who charges you a fee for giving you details of a safe wholesaler list provider, who will then charge you themselves.

2. Get some advice. Typing wholesalers in your search engine doesn't mean the companies at the top are trustworthy.

3. Research the products your interested in. For example if you buy xbox 360 for $370 and you sell it for $375 then the profit margin is very small, however if you purchase a mobile phone for $35 and they sell for $90 I shouldn't need to tell you which is the best product to sell.

Since I started this site several months ago I have since reviewed several more products in the work from home section thus my recommendations have changed a little. Below I will show you the very best dropshipping wholesaler list programs, the paid survey sites that actually work and the affiliate marketing guides you will actually understand and be able to follow, rather than recommend the ones who just produce a guide full of filler material like some do.

This is just, and I mean just, the number one dropshipping membership site around. Although it may not stock as many items as Salehoo and the prices don't vary too much between the two, what makes dropshipping wholesalers stand out is the premium membership. The premium membership provides you with a website store of your own to sell products from, and it works. The basic membership is still very good and is only a one off fee, not monthly or annually like some, but I would probably opt for salehoo if you where only wanting the basic. That said dropshipping wholesalers do offer a fantastic support system if you ever feel you need help.

Isn't it strange that one of the biggest sellers in each work from home opportunity seems to be rubbish, I think it's fair to say that their are a number of dishonest people out there recommending these programs. Worldwide brands is expensive so even if it was as good as salehoo it would still lag behind but it isn't as good as either salehoo or dropshipping wholesalers. The number of complaints I've found stating it has taken forever for worldwide brands to deliver there products to your customers is staggering, and those that feel this isn't too important should take a reality check - what kind of feed back do you think you are likely to receive if the goods you sold take an age to arrive, I know what my feed back would be.

6.Typing at home - No explanation needed.

7.MLM - Similar to the old pyramid schemes, enough said.

8.Envelope stuffing - I can't believe people still fall for this but obviously some do.

9.Chain Letters - Yet another pyramid scheme that leaves you open to charges of fraud.

All the above claim to be a legitimate home business opportunity but none of them are. The only ones that are a genuine legitimate home business opportunity are affiliate marketing and drop shipping, with paid surveys a further option if you are only after a little extra income.

Not all affiliate marketing guides are worth the purchase though, in fact one of the most popular guides at the moment is the ultimate wealth package, but it is only popular because it is well promoted by other dishonest "reviewers" on the internet, if they had genuinely tested this product they would know it doesn't live up to the hype. I can name at least 10 other affiliate marketing guides that have better information(see below) and more content contained within them, these aren't all brilliant but they are better than the ultimate wealth package.

Drop shipping is similar in that there are still many scams and not all are a legitimate home business opportunity. Again one that does work to a degree and is promoted a lot by "reviewers" is worldwide brands but when I've researched it myself I've found many complaints about the time it has taken to send deliveries and problems with refunds, salehoo and dropshipping wholesalers are two much safer options in my opinion.

So if your wanting a legitimate home business opportunity then drop shipping and affiliate marketing are your best options, just be careful which sites you use to help get you started.

It is possible to make a very good source of extra income through doing paid surveys and they are extremely quick and easy to complete, so why aren't people paying the sign up fee even though they will recover this fee within a couple of surveys?

If you have done any research into affiliate marketing then one of the first programs you encountered will most likely have been the rich jerk. Some don't like the rich jerk where as others swear by it. Many don't like some of his underhand tactics but whether you like them or not they do work.

The rich jerk isn't as detailed a guide as it could be. Every step that is important to becoming a success is in the guide but sometimes I believe a complete newcomer will struggle to get to grips with affiliate marketing due to the lack of detailed instructions on the basics.

As I stated earlier love him or loathe him the rich jerk knows his business and how to make money from hit. The guide to writing a great sales letter is especially good and should you follow his method I am sure you will have people loosening their purse strings to hand over the cash.

The rich jerk isn't for every one. As a beginners guide it can be helpful but you would still need to purchase another guide such as the super affiliate handbook to make complete sense out of it. If you plan on only using 100% honest methods I would also recommend you look elsewhere but otherwise the rich jerk is a good guide with some great insights on the world of affiliate marketing.

Paid Surveys Etc. Review

I have only recently started using paid surveys etc. but what I have seen so far I have been impressed with. A larger database than survey scout seemingly gives paid surveys etc. the advantage however their database, despite being bigger, doesn't quite supply the amount of surveys of survey scout.

The surveys you receive from paid surveys etc. do appear to pay slightly above the average of other paid survey sites which is a plus and makes it a close call between paid surveys etc. and survey scout.

Paid surveys etc has a very nice and efficient user interface although again survey scout is easier to navigate your way around. It is however far better than many other survey sites to get used to and know what you are doing.

I cannot seriously fault paid surveys etc but I also cannot find a reason to recommend it over survey scout, if you are already with survey scout I'd recommend paid surveys etc. if you feel you are capable of doing more surveys than they are supplying.

Who loves money is one of the newest affiliate marketing guides on the market. It is by the same guys who run the wealthy affiliate community so I had high hopes for for who loves money. Sadly they have not being fulfilled.

I guess a good place to start would be to tell you who this guide is aimed at.For any one with experience in affiliate marketing who loves money will be of little help but its not for beginners neither. I suppose the only people who may find it of some use is those who have only just started in affiliate marketing but even those won't find much worth the price of purchase.

The wealthy affiliate is a good tool to help you in affiliate marketing so where has it all gone wrong with who loves money. My guess is they have used the success of wealthy affiliate to their advantage, because of its loyal following they can release material like who loves money and it will still sell.

So whats the big problem with who loves money? well that boils down to the amount of filler material contained in the book. At 106 pages there are probably only around 16 pages of worthwhile content, although well written there is just no real substance. The few pages that are worth reading are not exactly full of mind blowing content either.

There is very little here that cannot be found totally free elsewhere and there are better guides for newcomers and beginners such as the super affiliate handbook or even their own product wealthy affiliate. A massive letdown considering the authors abilities.

Dropshipping wholesalers may not have the same level of popularity salehoo and several other dropshipping / wholesaler list sites have but I find it hard to understand why. I can only assume the other sites advertise more than dropshipping wholesalers as it is the best I have come across.

Dropshipping wholesalers product list may not be as comprehensive as salehoo but all the more popular products are available. I found through using dropshipping wholesaler I was spending less on the products therefore giving myself larger profit margins. The reason dropshipping wholesalers tends to be a little cheaper is that there are no middlemen involved anywhere along the chain, this means you really are getting every product at its true wholesale price.

The one fault of dropshipping wholesalers is the size of its wholesaler list compared to other similar sites. However I have yet to come across a product I have wanted to sell and not found it available so this doesn't really seem to be a problem like I thought it might.

The support on offer is also fantastic with any queries dealt with quickly and if you should opt for the premium membership you receive a phone number to ring at any time.
Since I mentioned the premium membership I should mention this comes with a great eCommerce website which you can design to look the way you want. This sight also comes ready stocked with up to date products and prices, plus $50 Google Adwords and $50 Yahoo PPC towards marketing your site along with 250 business cards to also help promote your site.

Dropshipping wholesalers is in my opinion the best dropshipping / wholesaler site available and comes very highly recommended but if you can afford it I would suggest the premium option as the extra money is more worth than worth it.

Buying wholesale goods and then selling them online at places like eBay has become one of the most popular ways to make money on the internet today. possibly the hardest part of dropshipping, as it is known, is finding reliable wholesalers with low prices and quality goods for you to make a profit with.

One of the most popular dropshipping memberships around today goes by the name of salehoo. Despite the popularity of salehoo opinion seems to be very much divided, half claiming that salehoo is nothing more than a complete scam and half claiming it is the best thing they have ever come across. I have to say I must be one of the few who sit somewhere in between.

Salehoo is certainly not a scam however most of what is given to you could be found totally free by yourself. So why should you pay? Well let me tell you if you try to find your own list of wholesalers not only will it take you an age to compare prices between each site and then purchase them you will still not know if they are honest working sites until you have spent your money. So if I believe you would waste more money on free options than paying at salehoo why aren't I proclaiming its greatness like everybody else? The simple reason is that I think there are others that offer greater value.

Salehoo isn't the most expensive site of its sort but it isn't the most complete either. Despite a massive wholesaler list compared to other dropshipping / wholesaler list sites the profits on some products isn't as big as it is with a couple of others. This may seem a small reason for salehoo not to me my favorite place to go but in dropshipping your profit margins are what make you a success and I believe dropshipping wholesaler to have a better profit margin.

Salehoo certainly has the most complete product list available and if you can't find something they will search for you but if you can find that same product at dropshipping wholesaler there is a good chance you will make more money.

Drop shipping is the one work from home area I haven't really gone into talking about a great deal and the simple reason is that I don't use it all that often. The reason has nothing to do with whether I believe drop shipping works or not it is more a question of time constraints. I do believe drop shipping can make you money however you need to know what you are doing.

The first thing to do is get yourself a safe wholesaler list. I would recommend paying for a list rather than taking a chance on wholesalers you know nothing about also avoid any what pay by western union. Many people recommend salehoo but I prefer the dropshipping wholesaler for reasons I will explain in a moment.

Now this is a very simple technique you can use before you purchase any wholesaler list. All the wholesaler list will claim each product has a huge profit margin take their word for it as this is very easy for you to check yourself. Here is a simple step by step way of checking how profitable the products on there list really are.

1.Make a list of the products, just the ones you are interested in to begin with, and there prices. As an example I'm going to use salehoo and the palm treo 680 cell phone. Salehoo says its members price is $399 and it sells for $525 on ebay. Thats a massive $126 profit.

2.Go to eBay and type in your first product in the search bar. I will type palm treo 680 cell phone.

3.Make a small list of various prices mainly the ones that say buy me now as these are usually new products as opposed to used.

4.Compare the prices from the list you just made to the list from the wholesaler you made in step 1. Using the palm treo 680 salehoo claimed it was sold on eBay for over $500 however the most expensive I found was $420 that is a mere $20 profit. If I check my price list in full though I soon notice over half the eBay list are selling the palm treo 680 for LESS than the $399 wholesale price that salehoo has quoted. I now know this product isn't as good as it was made out to be for making me a profit.

Using this technique takes about 10 minutes per product and will give you a great insight into how good the rest of the list will be. Don't forget this is there sales page so they will be using there best items as examples so if there not profitable then the chances are the rest of them won't be brilliant either.

This is the reason I prefer dropshipping wholesaler and wholesale detective over salehoo as over time it has proven to me both have more profitable products despite having a slightly smaller product databases however with the method I have shown above you can easily test for yourself.

With the amount of fraud, spam and viruses around on the internet today I just don't consider leaving your information open to anybody a sensible option. I don't believe paid surveys online are out to harm anyone in this way but I don't feel it is worth the risk.

If you are not bothered about your personal information being handed about then paid surveys online is a decent option however there are still a few better paid survey sites around like survey scout and paid surveys etc. so I would suggest one of those two paid survey sites over paid surveys online.

If there not written well enough you don't even finish reading them but if they are brilliantly written the voice in your head tells you it's too good to be true. The latter was my first impression of adwords 180.I had read several adwords guides and to be honest apart from the odd section here and there they are all pretty much alike so I did think why bother it's only going to the same. Another thing that was making me lean towards the feeling adwords 180 was a scam was that the author wanted to remain anonymous which more often than not is a sign of something untrustworthy.

Ultimate Wealth Package Review

One product that is selling very well at the moment is the Ultimate Wealth Package, a guide to affiliate marketing. At first I felt ultimate wealth package was o.k for newcomers but there are far better guides out there for the newcomers like the super affiliate handbook and Duvet Dollars, although I not that a big fan of the latter I would still recommend it over this.

The ultimate wealth package is poorly written but even if put together by the worlds greatest copywriter the ultimate wealth package still fails to deliver on the actual content side of things.

The basics are well covered although if you are interested in anything other than the basics it is in my opinion severely lacking and as I said there are guides that do the basics better. If you already know anything about affiliate marketing chances are you won't learn any thing new from Ultimate Wealth Package.

The bonus package is very good but oddly this is a bad thing as it just made me realize how poor the rest of the product was. I suppose I partly have myself to blame for believing the hype surrounding the ultimate wealth package but I can't find a reason to seriously recommend it and cannot really fathom its current popularity.
